Shipping 

For all in stock orders, they can take up to 2 weeks to ship out, then an additional 3-5 business days for domestic orders, and 1-2 weeks for international orders delivery time. For any order containing a pre-order, they can take up to 4-6 months to ship out depending on how long production time is; assuming there are no issues with the items when they arrive.

*Please note- Misu has a few cats roaming around her palace. If you have an allergy, please reach out beforehand, and we will do our best to accommodate.
However, if you collect cat hair, you may be in luck.

Disclaimer for UK residents 

We understand there has been a change in the shipping regulations for merchandise imported into the UK. We are not responsible VAT/Import taxes that would be required.

Grading

Due to the handmade nature of enamel pins, some will have minor cosmetic flaws, such as surface scratches, uneven enamel and small screen-print issues.

Unless otherwise noted all pins are "Standard Grade". The exception to this is preorders, PREORDERS are first come first serve and will only be filled with Standard Grade.

A/Standard GRADE – Pins for collectors. Pins almost entirely free of errors and/or defects.

B GRADE – To be worn and collected. Free of major defects but MAY have small specks in enamel, air bubbles, minor scratches/scuffing.

C GRADE – Budget-friendly pins. These pins have majorly visible defects/flaws; multiple/large specks of enamel, missing enamel fill

Limited edition pins

LE or Limited Edition pins are pins that have a set number that will be sold and never restocked again. Any pin we produce is Open Edition (open to restocks) unless otherwise stated. OE pins will be restocked if there is demand but not always guaranteed to come back. Returns or Exchanges 

As our pin grading policy is laid out for buyers, and each item is carefully inspected before shipping, we do not accept any returns on our items. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please reach out via e-mail.
